  • All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Products come as listed, no modifications may be made unless listed or unless it is a custom order.
  • Custom orders take 3-4 days longer to fulfill than premade earring orders.
  • I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages but will do my best to help you track it down or replace earrings that may have arrived damaged due to faulty packaging as long as I have the materials to replace them.
  • I am not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by ther USPS. Please make sure to have your order shipped to a safe, reliable address that can be reached by USPS. Make sure to double check your address before submitting your order.
